Examples of solutions we provided

- Webapp development: The client had a website that was built using a small, uncommon builder. The builder did not provide to ability to filter search results when viewing the products sold by the client. BixTech provided a solution by building a webapp hosted on a server owned by BixTech. By cloning the original clients website and linking to the webapp from the main website we provided a seamless transition allowing potential customers to filter search results without interruption. The final cost included BixTech hosting the webapp for 5 years with no monthly charge, meaning the client did not have another monthly subscription to keep track of.
- Computer setup: The child of a client wanted to try their hand at content creation (Youtube, Twitch, Tiktok, etc) but did not have the knowledge to build the computer and setup needed to allow for success. BixTech spoke with the client about what the vision was and then procured all the necessary hardware and accessories, while staying within the budget of the client. BixTech then dispatched technicians to the clients residence to build the setup to the specifications of the client. The final cost included a year of general IT support in regards to the setup constructed by the technicians.
- Translation of languages: BixTech received an email from a longtime client asking if we had any insight into how languages could be translated seamlessly via headphones. After extensive research BixTech obtained 4 prototypes from various companies that claimed to translate languages and allow for fluid communication between parties. These prototypes were tested on 5 languages with the help of native speakers, after testing the best performing one was passed on to the client along with a complete analysis of the company producing them, this allowed the client to understand exactly what privacy concerns might arise by using this product.
